Set in the heart of Sydenham, Milton Street Substation is located close to the central city and the Port Hills. The New York loft vibes can be accentuated or softened with trees and floral – offering such a unique look for your gatherings.

Features of warm exposed brick interior paired with black stainless steel staircases, timber ceilings and Milton’s large floor plan, the venue allows you to create different break-out spaces to use for any event, show or wedding. The building can accommodate up to 290 guests. Combinations of up to 200 for a sit down dinner', or 150 people for a relaxed party or function.
